Just been told you have early menopause? What next?

A spontaneous (natural) early menopause affects approximately 5% of the population before the age of 45.

Premature menopause, premature ovarian failure, and/or premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) can occur for several reasons. Unfortunately, there is still a lot that we don’t understand about POI and in the majority of women (90%), no underlying cause will be found. Not knowing why you have developed POI can make it harder to cope psychologically with the diagnosis,

And it can be especially hard if you are not being listened to by your doctors. My guest this week Nina Rogocki, founder of The Soul Laundry, is someone who has been in that space.

Diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI ) and given very little help with managing hormones except directed to donor eggs. She adopted a mindset of meeting this difficult time with resiliency and doing her own research to develop a protocol to try to heal her body.

Nina shares her journey and how a keto diet, yoga, healing, supplements along with a positive mindset have supported her return health.

Two years on with regular Bioidentical hormones and her health ând healing routine Nina now shows ovulation signs.

Talking to Nina you can hear how resilient and motivated she is to continue her journey and to supporting others through The Daisy Network charity to get the facts and the right support.
