"I no longer have enough in the tank"

In her resignation, Jacinda Ardern continued to show a level of personal awareness that more of us could adopt.

Knowing when to slow down, and change lanes to something that is right for you, your business and your personal relationships.

This weekend we enter the lunar year of the Water Rabbit it's a good time to set intentions for the future.

The Rabbit is associated with the qualities of Yin i.e. soft and gentle energies. This year invites you to create a greater focus on self-care, relaxation, and inner reflection.

As we begin the Year of the Rabbit, take the time to set intentions for the coming months and let go of anything that no longer serves us. Additionally, it's important to remember that not all personal growth happens during quiet time spent solo, reflecting and the like. Indeed, the flowing water element of this year could open up opportunities to expand our consciousness beyond ourselves, After all, any of the above has the power to infuse your life with new meaning and potential this lucky water rabbit year.

What Does This All Mean For Health and Wellness

In Chinese Medicine, the Rabbit is connected to the spring season (the wood element) the main organ is the Liver. And the ruling hours are between 5 am and 7 am. According to the TCM organ clock, 5–7 am is the large intestine's ‘hand-yang ming channel time’. So extra care of our Liver and Large Intestine is key this coming year.

I will be sharing a number of workshops and classes around this over the coming months that focus on Liver energy, Healthy Digestion and the additional parts of the body ruled by the wood and water elements. My last event on Revel before it closes it’s doors is the week The Path to Harmony after which my next one is 4 Steps to Healing Your Digestion over on Eventbrite. I’d love to see you there.

How I Can Serve You in 2023

This year is a great to time to rethink how you pay attention to your instincts, get in touch with your emotions, and trust that your gut reactionsRabbits are known for their gentle perseverance, so it’s worth noting that a little patience in these endeavours will also go a long way this year.

Menopause is when a lot of energy moves – in your body and your psyche. Direct it accordingly and it will become a magic carpet ride to the next half of your beautiful life.

Let it continue to run the show of what is no longer working for you and you are dicing with a time bomb. Relationships, money, and health – all are impacted at midlife and that’s a fact.

Don’t let the opportunity to direct your energy a ‘better’ way pass you by. I have specific expertise in how to master this turbulent time and am ready to be your guide and supporter. Talk to me and plan your route to a happy, healthy, menopause and prepare yourself to step into your Second Spring bolder, bright and more balanced.
